You’ve tried it all, and you’re still looking to get healthy and lose weight and you’re sick of the ups and downs that come with plans that aren’t sustainable.
You want something that you and your family can do that won’t require hours of meal prepping or tracking your food.
And perhaps you are fed up with feeling sluggish, struggling to button your favorite pants, and you want to just find a nutrition plan that makes you feel youthful and fit.
So you search on the internet for answers and see a pretty well researched diet that seems to get results.
Enter new diet that leaves you deprived and hungry.
You stick to it. You struggle through and you see the light at the end of these diet tunnels, only to gain the weight back (plus a pound or two… grrr.)
Okay, so back to the drawing board. A new diet pops up on your feed with seemingly great results and you’re frustrated about the last diet debacle but a little ashamed to tell anyone you’re trying something new (again).
You just want something that works. You’ll take at least feeling energized at this point.
Then 10pm comes around and the kids are finally in bed. You’re exhausted and heck if those chips aren’t calling your name from the kitchen. You deserve it and these diets don’t work anyway, at least not like they used to when you were 20 something.
“Why bother struggling through this?” You think.
You eat the chips (carb filled and salty goodness).
Then the shame hits and the defeat kicks in.
And so the cycle continues....
